Sunflower Oil

Non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of sunflower. Primarily composed of linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fat, and oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat. Heart-friendly.

Used in food as a frying oil, and in cosmetic formulations as an emollient.
